Thunder Cranes Malaysia has recently been recognized by PETRONAS (a Fortune 500 Company) for its contribution to 2 million man-hours without LTI in offshore Sarawak operations.
The award was presented by Wells Integrated Services Dept (QEB), Petroleum Engineering Bintulu, PCSB Sarawak Asset, and is testimony of Thunder Cranes’ commitment to give the highest consideration to HSE at all times during the provision of lifting solutions via portable-modular rental cranes.
“Moreover, reaching 2 million man hours without LTI is a great credit to PETRONAS and all of its contractors,” according to Mr Brian Ningkan (Thunder Cranes HSE manager) and “the achievement would not be possible without the commitment and dedication by all personnel – from top management to site personnel – to structured planning, and consistent consultations and engagements with all stakeholders.”
“In addition,” Brian continued, “this recognition by our client PETRONAS is a significant milestone which has motivated us to work harder to sustain the momentum and achieve more in HSE excellence. We are proud of our commitment in implementing HSEMS at worksite that ensures projects are successfully executed with zero Lost Time Injury.”
